Visit the ligth house at the Creston Hill which is the world second higher ligth house (152 mts). Go crusing around the city at one "Pulmonia", that is like a golf car taxi, walk the Malecon street and watch one of the reprentative sites of the city, its escultures.

Something that is important to know about Mazatlan is that is the home of the tastefull beer "Cerveza Pacifico", so if you are going to ask for a beer asks for a "Pacifico", you will like it.

How to get to Mazatlan? Easy, the most important air companies fly to Mazatlan, also you could drive if you live close to the border with Mexico but is going to be a long trip, you could take a bus from the border to Mazatlan, also the are ferry coming from Baja California Sur state, or if you have a large vacation take the Barrancas del Cobre Train Trip from Chihuahua State, the train trip ends at Los Mochis and from there you could take a bus to mazatlan, is the longest but its excelent to see the most amaizing view of the Tarahumara Montains ending with a swim at the sea at Mazatlan.
