Throughout a more than 90 miles beach corridor from Nuevo Vallarta to San Blas, you find Riviera Nayarit, 16 sensational touristic destinations: The two first and Bahia de Chalaca, Brucerias, El Capomo, Flamingos, Jarretaderas, La Cruz de Huacanaxtle, La Penita de Jaltemba, Litibu, Lo de Marcos, Playa Platanitos, Punta Mita, Rincon de Guayabitos, Sayulita y San Francisco.
Along this coast you can travel in small boats admiring mangrove swamps full of different animals, or staying in all types of hotels, from the luxury to the simple and comfortable dwellings.
To arrive to Riviera Nayarit fly to Puerto Vallarta International Airport, located five minutes from its touristic zone, and 10 minutes from Nuevo Vallarta. The passenger terminal offers rental cars, bank, duty free shops, information, and a parking lot for long and short time use.
The airport counts on free transportation for some hotels and resorts of Riviera Nayarit. It also has private jets service. With taxi service, the most usual and secure means of transportation for tourists, it also has economical buses to get some specific destinations.
Among the vast touristic spots that make Riviera Nayarit, there are combinations of activities for the visitors: diving, snorkeling, whale sighting, mangrove swamps tours, swimming with dolphins, surfing, hang-gliding, expeditions, golf, fishing and sailing.
