Comfort and Security have always been the two principal characteristics of PGC Grupo Acapulco ground transportation services. There are 2 services available from Acapulco’s airport to any hotel within the Acapulco area. All our vehicles are air conditioned and can accommodate comfortably 7 passengers.

Shuttle service: This shuttle service is shared with other people arriving at the same time and also requiring transportation to a hotel close to yours. Our vehicles are always available at the airport and you will be transported without a long wait. Private service: This is our Private service with your own driver who takes you directly to your hotel. This service will be provided in mid-size sedans and vans which hold up to 4 and 8 passengers respectively. No extra stops or waiting times. What happens once you arrive? Upon arrival at the airport, and once you have cleared immigrations and customs, one of the PGC Grupo Acapulco representatives will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate, displaying a banner with your name and/or the logo of PGC Grupo Acapulco. Please note that customs procedures can take between 5 to 45 minutes depending on how many people are waiting in line. Please do not worry, we know this! …and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate. Our supervisors at the airport will monitor your flights progress to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. There is no need to worry if your flight is delayed or arriving ahead of schedule. We will know! … and most importantly: we will be waiting for you at whatever time your flight arrives. Once you have contacted our staff at the airport please present the confirmation voucher together with valid photo identification. You will then also be given the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date, should you have reserved a round trip transfer. Please reserve at least 2 days in advance. Our shuttle service is not available for Park Royal, Camino Real and Quinta Real hotels. These transfer services must be booked only in Private basis. Our shuttle service is not available to the hotel Parador del Sol as it is located in the suburbs of Acapulco.
